Measure your pet’s neck and chest with a soft tape and compare with the size chart on each product page. If between sizes, choose the larger size for adjustability.
▸ How long is processing before shipping?
Standard processing is 1–3 business days. Tracking is emailed when shipped.
▸ Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight and service level.
▸ Can I wash Fern™ products?
Spot clean with mild soap and water; air dry away from direct heat or sunlight. For fabric items, use a gentle hand wash. Do not bleach.
▸ What is your return & refund policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days on unused items with original packaging. Personalized and final-sale items are non-returnable unless defective. See our Refund & Returns Policy.
▸ Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us within 12 hours of purchase. Once fulfillment begins, changes may not be possible, especially for personalized items.
▸ Duties, taxes and import fees
