Order Cancellation

• Within 12 hours: You may cancel for a full refund to your original payment method.
• After 12 hours: We will try to assist, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing has started.
• After dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery (see our Refund & Returns Policy).

Order Modification

• Address changes: Must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order.
• Item or quantity changes: Allowed only before processing begins; otherwise, place a new order and return the original (if eligible).
• Gift notes/wrapping: Can be added if your order has not yet been packed.

Refunds

Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider, typically 3–10 business days.
